He has analysed, designed and implemented customer decisioning solutions for various high profile organisations – across different domains.
He is the Decisioning Director who plays a pivotal role between the business and the technical team to ensure a successful implementation of marketing ideas, strategies and vision using real-time decisioning technology.
He has previously implemented decisioning solutions at O2, First Data, Akbank, Vodafone and Lloyds Banking Group.
